The exciting photographic competition for best picture on a set topic is back in search of new, inspired winners. The rules are simple: you are given a topic and a few hours to submit your best shot. The jury will award the best photos on the same day. This year the awards are a voucher from Photopavillion and a backpack Lowepro.
