For 10 years now, FotoFabrika – the festival dedicated to the art of photography in all its forms, has been showcasing the high standards of contemporary documentary and artistic photography to the Bulgarian public. In 2023, the festival is being organized for the 10th consecutive time and offers various exhibitions and events not only in Sofia but throughout the country.

Burgas is the first city where a special jubilee exhibition of FotoFabrika, featuring some of the most iconic shots displayed during the festival, will be presented. The photos, which will be openly enjoyed by all residents and guests of Burgas for an entire month, are the work of some of the biggest names in Bulgarian and world photography.

Among them, you can see shots by some of the world's best photographers from the "Magnum" agency, who visited Bulgaria at the invitation of FotoFabrika, such as Alex Majoli, Antoine d'Agata, Cristina Garcia Rodero, as well as works by absolute stars of contemporary photography like Chema Madoz, Erwin Olaf, Alexey Titarenko. The selection also includes exceptional Bulgarian photographers like Dimitar Dilkoff, Boryana Katsarova, and Lotte Michailova."
